Class Description

March 29th (Sat) Vinyasa with Tsubaki

This class is based on comfortable movements by linking breathing and poses.
In the busiest days of our daily lives, let's have a comfortable and peaceful time on the mat as if we are communicating with our own mind and body. The practice is not about whether or not you can do the poses, but about how you do the asanas (poses) with purpose.
This class is recommended for those who want to refresh themselves on Saturday mornings.
Let's spend a gentle time with your own breath under the cherry blossom trees!

April 6th (Sun) Hatha Flow with Hanako

Through a flow-style yoga practice, you will find a connection with yourself in the present moment through repeated conscious breathing. Become aware of the tension you have unconsciously created in your daily life and the emotions you have been holding onto, and release both your body and your mind.
Let's spend time practicing yoga together, not for someone else, but for yourself.
For those who are new to yoga and those who practice on a regular basis are all welcome to join us.
