Teaching style? Basically, based on Hatha yoga, I focus on deepening breathing while being aware of alignment. I am good at teaching basic asanas in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Finding a place where you can consciously use and relax through asana practice is an important process that connects to yourself. Connect with your body, mind, and yourself, without forgetting your passion for discovering your potential!

What do you always do when you ride the train? Listen to music or podcasts with Air Pods. Check my emails, LINE and reply.
Most embarrassing yoga moment? I used to wear my favorite leggings so often that I noticed a hole in them during class lol
Interests outside of yoga? Listening to music, reading, cafe time
Special talent? I can play the Koto and Shamisen; Japanese traditional instrument
Hunter or gatherer? Probably herbivorous. but i don't know which one.
What word do you always say or spell wrong? Right and Left.Please be gentle with me if I make a mistake!
