New to Nami Yoga Studio

  • Welcome! Book a class by making an account with us and choose your desired ticket (we highly recommend The First Timer ticket, which is an intro offer for new students), and see you on the mat!

  • We highly recommend downloading our App (iPhone / Android) for easy booking. Please refer to our guidelines for using our App. 

  • We have 3 locations: Tokyo Studio, Kyoto Studio, and Online. You can filter your desired location through the “Facilities” drop-down. Please reconfirm your location before booking. 

  • If you book an online class, you will receive a link in your booking confirmation email.

  • What to bring: reusable water bottle (we have a water dispenser in the studio), a small towel, and comfortable clothes to move in.

  • If you’re new to yoga, we recommend you take a beginner class, indicated when you click the “Book” button.

Booking Policy

  • You can book your class from up to 1 week in advance until class start time.

  • All classes are available for drop-in or sign up in advance to save a spot.

  • Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class. Otherwise, we may give your spot away to a waitlisted or a drop-in student.

  • If you’re doing a drop-in and have not paid, please come at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to process the payment.

 

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

  • Cancellations can be made 2 hours prior to class. Cancellation made any time after that will result in a deduction of one credit or a cancellation fee of 3,500 Yen.

  • Late arrival (less than 5 minutes prior to class) will result in a deduction of one credit or a cancellation fee of 3,500 Yen.
