TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Your monthly subscription will be withdrawn automatically from your credit card on the first date of each month. If you sign up to this membership after the first date of the month, your first monthly subscription will be calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting the number of days until the end of the month. If you would like to sign up for this membership but to start only on the first date of the following month, please send us an email at info@namiyogastudio.com.

• Following the minimum period of 1 year (i.e. after 12 subscription charges), there is an automatic renewal unless you cancel your membership before your twelfth billing date. Membership will run on a month-to-month basis thereafter and may be canceled at any time. Please notify us before your next billing date.

• If for any reason you wish to terminate before one year, you may do so with a termination fee of 30,000 yen. Please notify us before your next billing date.
  Example: you sign up on October 15th 2022, your first monthly subscription will be 10,000 yen, deducted on October 15th. Your next monthly subscription will be 20,000 yen deducted on November 1st 2022, and so on. Your annual contract ends on September 30th, 2022, after which you can cancel anytime without a termination fee. Should you terminate your membership before September 30th, 2022, you'll be charged a termination fee of 30,000 yen.

• Memberships may be suspended on a monthly basis for a suspension fee of 2,000 yen per month for up to 2 months. Please notify us before your next billing date. Please note that the suspension period will not be counted towards your minimum period of 1 year.

• The Lifestyle membership starts on the 1st of every month. If you decide to pause mid-month, the membership will be paused from that day until the following month on the same day. No membership fee will be charged on the 1st of the month that the membership is being paused for. 

  Example: You want to pause the membership from the 8th of August for 1 month. A pausing fee of 2000 yen will apply. Your membership will be of use from Aug 1st-8th, and again from September 8th-30th. There will be no membership payment on Sep 1st. The next payment will occur on October 1st. 

• If you do a no-show or a late cancellation, a cancellation fee of 3,500 yen will be billed to your credit card.

• If you have The Lifestyle membership and would like to switch to The Journey membership, we will be happy to waive your termination fee. However, your new The Journey contract will NOT take into account the amount of time that has passed since your The Lifestyle contract started. In other words, the new termination fee applies to your new contract for the next 12 months.
