Teaching style? Level based on the vibe of the class, usually starts off with breathing exercises, observing the body, mind and soul, and getting aligned with intention. Then, warm up the whole body by stretching the lower extremities, create space in the chest and shoulder, soften the neck and head, all while observing the current state of body and mind. Moving on to either Sun Salutation or sequenced poses varying from balancing, heart openers, hamstring flexibility, backbend, inversion and so on. After working towards peak poses, slowly cool down and finish with shavanasa and yoga nidra or meditation. Towards the end, sit still and observe the body, mind and soul once again, and end with an open mind and heart.
What poses do you always teach? Downdog, Forward fold, Warrior 2 and 3, Tree pose, Mermaid pose
