Primary practice? Asana and Pranayama

Teaching style? Basic Hatha Yoga and Basic Flow class. Basic is always important. In my class, start with breathing practice and focus on your mind. Check your alignment and keep breathing during your asana. Yoga props are good friends for you.

What poses do you always teach? Downdog. Warrior II, Trikonasana

Favorite pose? Parvrita Trikona asana

Least favorite pose?  Chaturanga dandasana

Favorite Tokyo neighborhood? Komazawa Park, Green and chilling

Favorite fruit? Lychee, Plum, Fig

What do you always do when you ride the train? Listen to the music and podcast and enjoy SNS

Most embarrassing yoga moment? I wore my leggings inside out during the class. I didn’t find it until my friend mentioned it.

What word do you always say or spell wrong? Right and left in English. Elbows and knees in Japanese.
