Yin yoga is one style of yoga that combines Hatha Yoga and Taoism. Movements are slow and it is available for everyone.
In Yin yoga practice, we hold various postures for 1-5 mins in a comfortable position. It should feel good and you will experience an easy stretch. By allowing yourself to spend time on holding the postures, the muscles around the joints will be gently stretched and tensions of outer muscles will be released.
In modern lifestyle, we easily feel stressed and that stress makes the body tense and the muscles stiff. Yin Yoga is practiced to free the mind and body from this stress and connect the mind, body and soul together.
We believe that through Yin Yoga practice, you will experience calmness in your body, breath and mind so you can enjoy your healthy life!

50% cancellation fee will be charged 6-2 days before the class
100% cancellation fee will be charged 1 day before the class
