 “I practice yoga, but I can't be kind.”

I was so ashamed of myself, and I wondered if I could ever be happy. It was during this time that I came across the Buddhist philosophy and Vinyasa style yoga “OM YOGA.”

In this fast-paced world of information and goods, have you ever felt that “life is somehow difficult” or “I am tormented by a vague sense of anxiety”?

Just as the weather is different every day, our minds are different every day.

There are days when we smile, and there are days when we feel low. We live with our emotions, with joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. Mindfulness meditation helps us to cultivate the ability to be gentle with what is happening in front of us, rather than looking away from it.

In this course, we will introduce the practice method to create a “stable and open mind (gentle mind)” that Buddha conveyed in an easy-to-understand way with practice.

No experience or knowledge of yoga or meditation is necessary. Anyone, young or old, male or female, can participate in this class. You can also participate by sitting on a chair. First time practitioners and those already practicing mindfulness are also welcome to attend. Online participation is also available.

  • No cancellation fee 1 week before class.

  • 50% cancellation fee will be charged 6-2 days before the class

  • 100% cancellation fee will be charged 1 day before the class
