-Full Moon Night Bilingual Yoga and Sound Bath-

On the evening of July 3rd, a full moon day, Planetaria TOKYO will co-host a yoga & sound-bath wellness event with AWAKEME, an event to calm and release body and mind through yoga, meditation, music, and dancing.

Yoga will be offered in English and Japanese bilingual class by Namita Kurokawa, and crystal bowl sound bath meditation session by Yukari Matsunaga. We will send gratitude to things that happened in the first half of this year, to ourselves, and to the universe as a whole. Under twilight of stars, we will receive energy from the full moon, and be connected to our inner strength.

Sound bath is an experience of deep, immersive, full-body listening. The purpose is to heal our body and mind, inviting a calm, yet strong therapeutic/ restorative process. Crystal bowls and other tools that generate various harmonic sounds will be used.

“Starry Bottle Detox Water”, AWAKEME exclusive bottle, will be offered at this event. The starry bottle is filled with brilliant-colored planets in space. Enjoy seeing a small universe spreading inside your hand, and spending a beautiful evening with a special menu at “Cafe Planetaria”, a cafe inside Planetaria TOKYO.

• No dressing room provided. Please come with yoga wear or any active wear. Restroom will be available exclusively for this event if you wish to change after the performance.
