Yes, Forearms Stand or Pincha Mayurasana is a quite challenging posture, but we can build it step by step like a puzzle and have fun on the way!
In this workshop, we will learn how to build a strong base step-by-step:
First of all, to strengthen and stretch your shoulders, and learn possible forearm positions
Learn how to keep balance and hold your back straight and don’t fall into “banana back”
Discover different ways to get there: one leg kicks, jumps and puppy press
If you are not confident in Pincha or never tried it before, please no worries, we will learn how to prepare your body to get there safely. It will take time, but you’ll make it with regular practice!
