This is a meditation class.
The instructor will guide you through mindfulness meditation, walking meditation, and journaling with a discussion of purpose, methods, and postures of meditation.
If you want to know what mindfulness meditation is, this workshop is for you because you want to experience it.
People of all ages are welcome, regardless of gender or whether they are completely new to the program.
Please wear comfortable sitting and moving clothes. You do not need to be in yoga wear.
* This workshop will be held in the studio only. Due to the nature of the workshop, online access via Zoom is not possible.
* This workshop will be held in Japanese only.
