Join our team in the beautiful island of Japan for meditation, detox, and cleansing on our escape to Amami Islands.  

PRACTICE asana few times a day – from restorative to flow, you’ll be able to explore your body inside and out. On days that are sunny, we will practice by the beach!

EAT nutritious, tasty island meals that are locally sourced and made with lots of love. We can assure you that your stomach and your heart will be fulfilled!

MEDITATE through beach walking, snorkeling and other not-so-traditional methods we’ve prepared. Meditation will become an easier concept to grasp and take home without changing your lifestyle.  

EXPLORE the beautiful nature that Japan offers on this magical island, Amami Islands! We will keep you busy with a variety of activities: indoor/outdoor yoga, beach cleaning, snorkeling, traditional rice drink making, massage, etc. Unwind and enjoy! *Outdoor activities may be subject to change due to weather conditions.

Transportation: Please arrange your own transportation, including Amami Airport to the hotel. Please let us know your flight details!

Description of the Rooms
Dormitory will be a suite size room, shared with 3 other students. The bathroom and shower will be shared amongst the 4 of you. The Dormitory will be a women’s only room.

Single Room students will all have their individual private rooms. However, the bathroom and shower will be shared amongst the 3 of you.

Twin Room and Double Room have private bath and shower. You can share this room with a partner or a friend. When sharing, you will both receive a 5000 yen discount.

What’s in the price?
INCLUDES: all yoga classes, one massage treatment, accommodation, most meals (please check which meals are not included below), one activity, and travel insurance.

EXCLUDES: transportation fee (including to and from Amami Airport), alcohol and drinks, lunch on the 17th and dinner on the 20th, and any additional fee you spend during your free time.
